We only sell Miracle Homes!
What is a Miracle Home?
RE/MAX agents have the option to make any listing — including your house or future house — a Miracle Home. With the sale of each Miracle Home, the Burkholz Team makes a donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to help sick and injured kids get the treatment they need — in your honor.
Through the 25-plus year partnership with CMN Hospitals, RE/MAX agents in the U.S. and Canada have raised tens of millions of dollars for kids. And we couldn’t do it without our amazing clients.
Where do donations go?
Donations to CMN Hospitals stay local, which means each dollardonated in your name goes directly to helping kids right here. Specifically, donations from the Burkholz Team are being sent to Dignity Health, St Rose Dominican in Southern Nevada.
Homes we sell ❤ trees!
How does a home ‘love’ trees?
Framing a home requires approximately 0.83 trees per 100 square feet — to offset this, we plant a tree for every 100 square feet of home we sell.
Who plants the trees?
Donations are made in the name of the homebuyer to Arbor Day Foundation to carry out the planting of trees in areas where they will have the most impact. Recently completed projects include restoration in the Tahoe National Forest following the American River Fire that burned through 22,500 acres of trees.
Homes we sell feed neighbors!

What is N*A*S*H?
Many animals are abandoned or euthanized because they are no longer wanted or because caretakers are unaware of options to give them a high quality of life. Just like people with disabilities can have wonderful lives with the help of wheelchairs, medical devices, special diets, and more, so can other animals. N*A*S*H works to provide free resources and medical aids & devices to the caretakers of sick and disabled pets, rehome those devices when no longer needed, and educate professionals on the miracles possible with advances in material sciences and manufacturing.
